Hello Fifth Graders and Parents:
Welcome to Fifth grade at Wilder’s Preparatory Academy Charter School. Fifth grade is a culmination of an incredible journey through elementary school! I am excited to have you in my class for the 2009- 2010 school year. Below you will find a list of necessary items to bring with you on the first day of school. These items will be your supplies throughout the year.

Necessary Items:
•    1 pack of highlighters
•    1 pack of colored pencils
•    2 composition notebooks
•    1 pair of student scissors
•    4 packs of standard #2 pencils
•    2 glue sticks
•    2 packs of lined notebook paper
•    1 centimeter/ inch ruler
•    1 protractor
•    4 spiral notebooks (red, blue, green, yellow)
•    2 boxes of tissue
•    1 pencil zipper pouch

Optional Supplies:
•    Pocket Thesaurus
•    Pocket Dictionary
•    Book Covers

The following items would be a great donation for the classroom, but please know that any donation is greatly appreciated:
•    Hand sanitizer
•    zip lock baggies (any size)
•    Clorox or Lysol Wipes
•    Paper towels
