On behalf of Mr. Raymond Wilder and
the WPA student body, we
extend a wealth of appreciation and gratitude to the
Los Angeles District U.S. Army Corps of Engineer and
South Bay Children's Foundation. Mr. Roman
Caturegli, a veteran Logistics and Management Operations
team member, for generously donating 70 computers,
monitors, and printers to our school.
The South Bay Children's Foundation also donated
70 Compaq computers, Projectors, Monitors, and Printers.
With the additional technology machinery being given to
us, our technology department has been able to upgrade
its operational system to provide a more lucrative and
fluid knowledge base experience at Wilder’s Preparatory Academy . “Our desired goal is
to provide our
students with universal exposure and experiences, to
pique and ignite the whole child’s intrinsic curiosity
for learning,” exclaimed Mrs. Square, Curriculum Coordinator.
Technology is our vehicle in providing a rich and
innovative curriculum. All of which is made possible by
the two organizations.
By putting
into operation the donated equipment, Mr. Parker, our
Technology Coordinator, will be able to further provide
alternative approaches in teaching computers to our
Middle School students. The
newfound alliance will prove to be a great commodity and
ensure that our vision of excellence is upheld.
Thank you,
Mr. C and SBCS for
having a vested interest in the well being of children –
for your acts of kindness will everlastingly be
appreciated!
